The Planner just shows a blank screen

If your Planner screen has gone blank, it's likely that you've run into a bug or network connectivity issues (if files aren't saved locally)

Steps to troubleshoot:

  1. Try closing and re-opening the plan
    • If that resolves the issue, wonderful!
  2. If you're running an integration, be sure to remain on the current screen until the action is completed
  3. If you run into the issue again, it's likely a bug that needs to be reported to Pod2
    • Make note of the steps that you took just before the issue occurred
    • Send a copy of your model with a description of the issue to Pod2 support: support@pod2.co
