The Planner just shows a blank screen
If your Planner screen has gone blank, it's likely that you've run into a bug or network connectivity issues (if files aren't saved locally)
Steps to troubleshoot:
- Try closing and re-opening the plan
- If that resolves the issue, wonderful!
- If you're running an integration, be sure to remain on the current screen until the action is completed
- If you run into the issue again, it's likely a bug that needs to be reported to Pod2
- Make note of the steps that you took just before the issue occurred
- Send a copy of your model with a description of the issue to Pod2 support: support@pod2.co
